In the Private Capital Department, members learn about investment processes and the day-to-day business of a private market buy-side analyst.
Events and workshops introduce participants to leveraged buyouts and commercial analysis to build the necessary skill set to succeed in the Private Capital industry.

The Private Capital Team

Hagen Machhold / Co-Head Private Capital

Hagen Machhold is a 2nd Semester MSc Finance student at the Frankfurt School. He has already gained over a year's experience in Private Equity at Halder, a smaller mid-cap PE firm based in Frankfurt, and in M&A at KPMG and Clairfield International.

Vincent Krämer / Co-Head Private Capital

Vincent Krämer is a 5th Semester BBA Student at the Frankfurt School. He gained experience in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. Prior to this, he interned in the Private Equity and Private Credit sector at Ardian and Beyond Capital Partners.
