The constantly evolving Investment Banking environment demands a solid technical foundation and a strong network.
In view of this, the M&A department supports the members breaking into M&A by organizing meetings and workshops, which give the needed skill set to achieve their aspirations.

Market Focus

Periodical Newsletters

​Internal activities include the creation of a newsletter covering recent M&A activities, market updates and technicals.

Corporation Partners

​External events are organized in cooperation with partners​ ​and are aimed at providing hands-on experience, unique insights​ ​and networking opportunities.

Event Showcase

Morgan Stanley invited us to an extensive valuation case study where we could improve our technical skills. Followed by a networking session.

Harris Williams conducted a financial modeling workshop, including a three-statement model. Afterwards, Harris Williams invited us to dinner.

Moelis invited us to their office. We went through a company presentation and a case study. Subsequently, we had a networking session.

The M&A Team

Carl Felix Schultze / Co-Head M&A

Carl Felix Schultze is a 2nd Semester MSc Finance student at the Franfurt School. He was an intern at the Investment Bank Jefferies. Before this, he worked as a working student at Bain & Company.

Philippe Salu / Co-Head M&A

Philippe Salu is a 5th Semester BSc Banking & Finance student at Frankfurt School. He gained experience in Investment Banking / M&A at Commerzbank and C.H. Reynolds. Prior to this, he interned in the Private Equity sector at Beyond Capital Partners.
